1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RunDiag website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. RunDiag reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

RunDiag is a competitive gaming diagnostic guide designed to help players identify and resolve progression failures. The Service provides annotated gameplay analysis, decision-error tracing, character guides structured as troubleshooting flows, tier lists organized by problem-solving capacity, seasonal meta analysis, and community-submitted builds. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of any content without explicit written permission from RunDiag is strictly prohibited.

User-submitted builds and community contributions remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By submitting content to RunDiag, you grant RunDiag a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, distribute, and modify that content for the purposes of the Service.

5. User-Generated Content

RunDiag may allow users to submit builds, strategies, and gameplay analysis for community sharing. You are solely responsible for any content you submit. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use the submitted material and that it does not violate any third-party rights. RunDiag reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. RunDiag makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, analysis, or recommendations provided through the Service. While RunDiag strives to provide practical diagnostic guidance based on transparent cause-and-effect reasoning, gameplay outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the scope of any guide, including individual skill, game updates, and circumstances specific to each player.

RunDiag does not guarantee that following any guide, strategy, or recommendation will result in progression success or improved gameplay performance. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional gaming coaching or guaranteed results.

RunDiag is not responsible for any third-party content, links, or services accessed through the Service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RunDiag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of gameplay progress, or lost opportunity. This limitation applies even if RunDiag has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

RunDiag's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RunDiag in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not paid RunDiag, then zero.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunDiag, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Alexandria, Egypt. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Termination

RunDiag may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law, shall survive any termination of these terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and RunDiag regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13. Changes to Terms

RunDiag reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service.
